Previously this post was held by Oleg Mashtalyar who on August 7, 2007 was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Chief Operating Officer, responsible for building and developing the Bank’s operations and middle-office functions.

	MDM Bank announced several internal management reallocations. Firstly, Alexey Drobot, former Head of the Moscow network development department of the Corporate Block, has been appointed Head of the Corporate Block. Alexey will take over from Timur Avdeenko who is leaving the Bank. Having worked at MDM Bank for six years, Alexey has established himself as a knowledgeable and authoritative person, committed for productive work. Alexey will join the Management Board.

16.05.2007	MDM Bank signs an eight-year $100 million senior loan agreement with IFC
	MDM Bank signed an agreement to obtain an eight-year $100 million senior loan from IFC, the private sector arm of the World Bank Group. The financing will be used by the Bank to support the growth of its mortgage and small and medium enterprise lending portfolio to reach regions outside Moscow that are still underserved and underdeveloped. In addition, IFC will provide advisory services to the Bank to help it improve its mortgage operations and establish an environmental management system that will help make its operations more sustainable.
