Igor Kouzin Joins MDM Bank Board of Directors

Moscow, 15 December 2008 – Today an MDM Bank EGM voted to elect Igor Kouzin to the Bank’s Board of Directors.

In addition to Mr. Kouzin, the Board of Directors now includes: Oleg Viyugin, Sergei Popov, Martin Andersson, Luqman Arnold, Edward Nassim and Sergei Shapiguzov.

“I am delighted to welcome Igor Kouzin into the Board of Directors. I am convinced that Igor’s experience and expertise will augment the effectiveness of the Board,” said Oleg Viyugin.
